Can’t withdraw funds on this app
I’ve complained a few times and nothing has been done that you can’t add text to the country field and no drip down, so it won’t allow you to submit withdrawal form. You have to login on a PC. Frustrating! Support obviously is not communicating with Tech. Or maybe it’s a way to stop people from withdrawing funds.Show lessMissymoo30

Nice, but lacks access to specific stocks, ETFs, etc.
I like the interface and the features. Sadly, the app does not allow access to a number of equities and ETFs I need to follow so it is essentially worthless to me. Not sure why the available investments are so limited in number.Techno-nut

Do you have a designer on the team?
This app is the worst UI/UX I’ve ever seen. As a software engineer, I can’t even begin to imagine how much of a mess the codebase is. The UI reeks of developers building it without a designer to keep things in check. Nothing makes sense from a user perspective. Non
-standard alerts for no reason. A loading screen that says “login process, attempt 1”. Like seriously? Why not just dump the entire system log onto the screen? I’m just so dumbfounded at how poorly this app is designed. It makes me wonder what kind of mess is sitting behind the scenes, apparently securing stuff. Yikes.
