Fantasitic dictionary for the serious student
As I just started a University course in Middle Egyptian, this is an extremely useful app that saves me from lugging around my heavy hardback dictionaries! This is not one of those gimmicky "write you name in Hieroglyphs" apps, but an accurate dictionary based on respected sources like Champollion, Gardiner, and Faulkner. It is often faster to look up words than with a paper dictionary. The pickers in the transliteration area a bit slow on my iPod Touch in Aaou version 1.1.2, but otherwise a fantastic app that's very useful for the serious student.
