The best app for learning Spanish I’ve found
I’ve been studying Spanish for about 2 1/2 years now, and I have found that Spanishdict is the most useful app for helping me learn the language. It allows me to create lists and lists of vocabulary words, and always helps me when I don’t know how to express what I’m trying to say in Spanish. Like all apps, I don’t think it’s enough by itself to teach you the language, but if you use it as a supplement along with classes, it is an incredibly powerful tool. There are lessons and drills in this app that will help you learn so much on your journey to fluency. Thanks in great part to the tools available to me in Spanishdict, I have gone from an A1 level speaker to a C1 in less than three years. In fairness, I am also back in college working on a degree in Spanish, so the app alone isn’t what has moved me along so fast. But I have used this app every single day along the way, and it is a fantastic aid for my Spanish learning.Show lessNeeds a hands-off option
I don’t think I could be any more serious when I ask for the addition of a feature to an app: Please create an option on the study sets for the word, as well as its English meaning, to play without any requirement from the user to click any buttons. The reason this is so important to me is because I’ve been struggling to retain the vocabulary over the last couple years of using this app simply because I don’t have enough time to sit down and type out every word or even do the multiple choice. I would absolutely love if I could do laundry or cook or clean while listening to the words I’ve learned play in my headphones. This feature would go a long way in helping to refresh my memory instead of allowing my mind to forget the words as time goes on since I can’t keep up. I am begging you to please help to break this this cycle of learning and forgetting.Show lessDeveloper Response

Very cool app as a competitor to duolingo; I enjoy the search function and ability to make my own vocab lists! This app was recommended to me by a friend who has learned to speak fluent spanish. A problem I have with verbal practice is that the audio does not allow me to receive a correct score for what are apparently more than 3 syllable words. The related vocab words were "fullerías" and "donillero." At least the quiz allows me to transition from verbal response to text response, that's nice, but it would be pleasant to keep a flow of verbal practice. Thank you for your time. I enjoy your free-with-ads app experience.
Request, could ya'll make an option for dark mode, black or dark gray screen, instead of white?Show less
