Why people can’t login on new devices?

This illiterate Alipay have making fun with customers. People can’t even login Alipay on a new device 😁😁. Me and my family recently visited china we had open Alipay account . Then I buy a new phone in china and I have login on my new mobile . Instantly I seen it’s show me my account verification failed 😁😁.
Once I submitted my documents and face now it’s asking me to provide Chinese bank card . How funny this is a foreigner have to link a Chinese bank card .
Then instantly me and my family closed Alipay accounts from everyone mobile .

Caution: Alipay seems scammer be careful everyone
