The postcards are beautiful. The print quality is second-to-none. The best card stock - and laminated. They are A-one.

  • Great quality, reliable shipping

Been using this for several years now, very reliable! Love to surprise fam and friends with cards from this app
  • Had this for years and it’s the best!

We have used this app since our 1st generation iPad. We have never had any trouble. The postcards are beautiful and always timely delivered. But what sets this apart is service. More than once over the years we have used an incorrect address. They correct it and send a personal email explaining what happened and sending us .

    Just great all around

  • A Wonderful App

I use this great app all the time to send photos to friends and family. We even use it as our holiday card with a family photo because the quality is so great.
  • Love this app

Heard about this app on TWIT podcast. I liked what they said about the developer and why he made this and so decided to try it. It is simply awesome. The lost art of sending physical postcards is now back - here in this app. I haven’t used the email stuff because why would you :) I use it to take a photo on holiday and then send it with a personal message to friends and family as a real printed postcard. I sent one to myself to test it (sent to Australia) and the quality is first rate! Love it!

  • Simply fabulous

This is the best app I’ve ever had, it is seamless.
I get to use my own photos as postcards and even for the stamps! I live in Aus but my family are in UK so it’s lovely for me to send photos as cards for all occasions. I’ve seen he quality and it’s top class. Please just keep doing what you’re doing!

  • It’s by Bill Atkinson, of course it is excellent!

I hardly ever send postcards, and haven’t yet used this app other than to glance at the introductory material, so don’t just take my word about this. Truth is, I found this app because I wondered if anyone had yet built a HyperCard app for iPhone (HyperCard was a wonderfully productive breakthrough app that Bill developed, and us outsiders could never understand why Apple had cancelled it.) Bill is already famous for being a (perhaps _the_) key inventor of the Macintosh; I hope he is as rich and happy as he deserves to be.

Back to the review—this already looks like one of the most professionally done apps on my iPhone. Come on, folks, it comes from Bill f’ing Atkinson, it’s gonna be perfect!

Added a few hours later: I have used it to send a card to my daughter. Now you can take my word for it— it is, as expected, outstanding!!

  • Love the ease of this app

We travel the world and this is the best way we have found to show our family what we are doing. The personalized photos really are impressive.
  • Still Awesome

This app is a great way to communicate with family and friends and to share photos of our trips. People still enjoy receiving physical mail that is personal, not junk. I enjoy seeing our postcards on our friends and family refrigerators when we visit them.

We have been using this app for years and always send one or two cards via postal service to ourselves to document our travels. We have great collection of memories.

We have used this to mail birthday and holiday greetings. We make custom stamps using pictures to make the cards even more personal.

Thank you Bill for this great service!

  • The Very Best

    BETTER THAN FELT (review update)
I’ve played around with PhotoCard’s gorgeous new Felt competitor, and while their offerings are beautiful, the pricing is positively predatory...not clear at all, lots of nickel & diming, expensive...and I already know my family *loves* PhotoCards, so I’m sticking with Bill! Send a test card to yourself and see.

    ADDICTION WARNING (review update)
Still hooked. And no desire to break the habit! When I first got this app, I thought, "Cool. I can use my own pictures to make postcards!" But Bill's photos are so good they're all I've used so far. Also? They're not "postcards," they're big, beautiful, glossy, envelope-free cards. Every person who's received one of these babies has told me how much they love it. My latest excuse to send some? Holiday time!

    PREVIOUS REVIEW
I'm sorry. This app is just a little too good. It's exactly what I've always wanted—a way to send "real" mail from a computer. And iPad is made for this kind of thing. And when I needed some help, Bill came through above and beyond. Nuff said. Thanks, Bill!
