Howsay accurate and clear
When it comes to pronunciation, the internet is the Wild West. They just take a few people and have them say the word and don’t check to see how correct the pronunciation is. Frequently, I feel their method of saying the word is incorrect. I go to many sources to see what is the real standard. I find the Oxford Dictionary is very good, (sometimes swayed too much by Britain’s pronunciations), American heritage is excellent but Howsay is almost always right on!Show lessAcicular

Great learning tool for those suffering with a learning disability
This is a great app to use if you suffer with dyslexia. Sometimes hearing to the words pronounced aids with the learning the phonics of the words. I love this app; hate the name. But who cares about the name?
I have it on all my devices. They should imbed it in the system software. There are so many such apps in which the pronunciations are simply wrong.
