Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry you have had a bad experience with the app. We are trying to improve it in a daily basis. As you may know there are many revenue models within the apps and we have decided to use the freemium model (free to download with locked content). We have never implied anything other than that. Even if you look at the app store page, it says that the app contains In App Purchases and it shows a price for each one of them.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are sorry you did not like the app and the maps did not download properly. This should not happen and we are sorry you experience it. We have tried the app on our side and it works properly. If you did not like the app you can always get refunded with Apple. The premium version of the app unlocks more than 50 places of interest in multiple languages, street and public transportation maps and augmented reality for people to find near by places by using this technology. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
