App need to be improved
Try to add a 3 day Paris pass, the pass can be loaded on the first and second day. On the third day the pass disappeared. Try to add the pass and just not responding and no exception message what so ever.
Contact support via form and no use, have to wait for 2 hours for a support solution via live chat.
The trip planning function is poor as well, the attractions won’t be saved when you go back and add another.
They need to improve the create itinerary function as well, it’s not user friendly as nearby attractions are not suggested correctly after selecting one. Or should have a sample itinerary to allow people add and drop as needed instead of choosing from a blank one.
