Opaque interface useless customer support
I bought a Rome pass for €120+ euros. Every attraction in Rome , when clicked on , brings up a message ‘this is not available on your pass’ . No help in the faq. Attempt to use the live chat but get (declared) ai chatbot responses that never default to a human operator even when it is clear that the chatbot is not resolving the problem. The phone line (tbf an 0800 number) went unanswered for half an hour on a midweek afternoon.
I am not a tech idiot. The deal looks good. But I have to advise you to avoid .Show lesswwweewewee

I have used a GoCity pass (sometimes the Explorer passes, other times the All Inclusive passes) & they are amazing!!
We have used the passes in Las Vegas, Chicago, Philadelphia, New York City & most recently, Boston! Each experience has been astounding, no issues whatsoever.
I would always actively recommend them to anyone. They give your trip more structure & focus, as it gives you recommendations for attractions, including things you may not have known about or even considered.

If you are looking to go to NYC this is the pass for you if you decide to do a few different places this is well worth the money by far ! I think I worked out it was bought for £198 and we added it up what single costings would have been in total of £340 go buy it straight away !JR blonde

i did the las vegas go city pass through groupon for my trip, and it was such an amazing experience using the gocity pass, we got to go to 3 different shows where we were treated like VIP’s and given upgrades, as well as had deep discounts for so many fun activities. loved it and would purchase it again, i wish it had more activities in other cities i would like to visit though!Show lessJason jordie
Rip off for tourists
Rip off. We were told that art science museum future world also included the sky park in the entry but we used the last item on our pass for it, there fore we lost $90 each by using this explorer pass. It needs to be more clear on what cost every attraction is otherwise it feels like you are ripping valuable tourists off. Do better please.Show lessAlicia1510ajjk

So many issues booking
Tried making reservations for Statue of Liberty tour however kept running into error issues. Contacted customer service who was unable to resolve issues and her suggestion was I just wait and try again. Never ended up working and now we have one unused voucher on 4 passes because our vacation is at the end and we’ve done everything else we wanted to do.Show lessLyn82123
Offers not valid
We bought the Go Pass for a trip to Boston to do multiple things. Once we arrived we found out at least two of the attractions that were listed as being part of the package- no longer were accepting of the Pass. The only things we were able to do was the bus tour and the cruise. Check to see if what you are looking at doing are actually accessible prior to purchasing your pass. Do not know if they are not being compensated or what the deal is.

Fraud!
I was trying to make reservations for Legoland. The app accidentally selected todays date as my reservation. I immediately attempted to change the date (within 3 minutes of initially purchasing the pass), but the app would not permit me to change it or get a refund. After waiting AN hour to communicate with anyone, they still would not permit me to change dates. The app should CONFIRM the date before locking it in, especially when they won’t even grant you 3 minutes to change a reservation. This is honestly robbery.Show lessgocityvictim
