  • Have to wait in long hot lines still

    Big waste of time. Also their website is broken, can’t get discount codes offered by them, can’t download app from the website. Hard to find the app in the App Store because they don’t tell you which app to get.
  • Filter out what is not available!

    Why would I even see attractions that not only closed (understandable, covid, pandemic), but also those not included into my pass? With this logic you could also include attractions in a dozen of other US cities and just put stupid red cross icon on them, instead of hiding them completely!
  • Customer Service

    We bought a one day pass and made several reservations to use it the next day. One company went ahead and scanned it at the time of reservation, thereby activating it, so when we got to the first attraction we had scheduled the following day, it showed as expired. Customer service was incredibly unhelpful. We would not have bought a $70 pass at 10pm to use on one attraction that would have only been $17. They could see that it had only been “scanned” at one place. They absolutely refused to help us until they received confirmation from the attraction that we had not been there. However, the attraction is question was a ghost tour that was not open at 9am. We spent a ridiculous amount of our limited vacation time calling, three way calling, and basically pleading for help. We finally got ahold of someone at the tour, after burning a considerable amount of our day, to confirm we had not yet used a pass. By this point, we had missed a different reservation. I think the passes are a great plan, but I was very disappointed in the lack of help.

  • Very convenient.

    Reasonable, different choices and informative. Overall it is awesome. Although,One point to consider is Shedd museum is excluded from list.

  • Scam, don’t use this application!!

    I bought 4 online tickets on gocity.com , they charged me but I didn’t receive any QR code or able to sync this app with my order number. The service is very bad. It took them 24 hour to reply to my email. I wasted my whole day trying to reach them by phone. I hope the refound will work fine.

  • Does not filter activities

    Decent app overall. However it wants you to select your preferred genre of activities when you set up the app, and then proceeds to not filter them at all. I am getting children’s museums and family stuff pushed at me on every screen when I did not select children’s activities.
  • Unreliable deal

    We haven’t utilise this pass. We took the all inclusive 5 days. Go city Dubai deals are very unreliable. When ordered before receiving, we really saw Kidzania Dubai, then it’s gone. When we received our pass and logged onto this app, Rainforest Meal deal is gone! We are having second thoughts about this Go Dubai. Some attractions are only one time use per pass. It is actually cumbersome, we are feeling that we are wasting more time and money wise. The app is not very helpful in planning, compared to a better map in iVenture website whereby attractions included are labelled. No comment on iVenture as never use it before apart from the useful map on website.

  • Save your $ in NYC

    We downloaded this app thinking it would help us skip the queues. No information at all about timed tickets for some attractions, and even on busy days the app did not save much time as often had to queue for machines to print off tickets. Would not recommend or repurchase. Two stars because the app functions as it should.
