Rubbish app. Avoid at all costs!
The app was merely spammy and full of ads in the past; after the ‘update’ it is deprived of features, full of bugs, and still spammy. Doesn’t show anything when offline at foreign airports. That’s when you need the app the most. Trips can’t get deleted in the app once added through the chat bot! I’ve cancelled flights and can’t remove them. When opening the app and swiping through flights, the app jumps to the first flight in the list randomly. Ridiculous programming. Trips can’t be added to calendar any longer. Trips don’t get update when the date for a booking number has changed (changed flight with airline) Today I received five times the same spam notification urging me to book a lounge through the app or their website. This app has become utterly useless, frustrating, and annoying (notification spam). Avoid!Show lessMar.b

That’s when you need the app the most. Trips can’t get added through email to trips@checkmytrip any longer. Those flights don’t show up despite an email and notification saying that the flight has been added. Trips can’t get deleted in the app once added through the chat bot! How could they screw this up so badly. This app now has been rendered useless. Can’t check on any detail about your flight, only simple things like flight numbers and time. THAT’S IT!!! You can’t even see your seat and frequent flyer info. And if you have other people on the same booking? Just gorget about it, you can’t check on anything whatsoever. What a f up update.
