Terrible airline and terrible app
The app is not usable (crashes), and the airline is a scam. They delayed our flight by 3 hours so we missed the connecting flight. Their system automatically scheduled us on the next flight the next day, which had a connection in Istanbul using a different airline. When we arrived there, they told us we didn’t actually have seats and were just on the waiting list! We were stuck in Istanbul and they booked us on yet another flight with yet another airline. Then when we got to the airport for that flight, they had booked the ticket with an old “valid until” date and the airline wouldn’t issue our ticket! They said KLM had to fix it. When we called them, they said everything was fine in their system! Stuck in Istanbul for 4 days! When we go to their website or app to file a reimbursement claim for our expenses, it says “internal server error”! What a scam company.Show lessMany problems
My experience with this app was not great.
For example, 3 days before my flight I upgraded to a better seat. I picked it in the app, went to payment, but it came back with an error message. But at the bottom of the page it says free change. And wenn going back it showed the new seat. A day before my flight I checked in and noticed that the seat was not changed. This time I was able to pay for it and the seat change registered correctly.

Latest update returns an error with ‘travel document not valid; please check in at airport’ when attempting to check in. Checking in via the website (not app) returned no such problem and I was able to successfully check on via the website without issue.
