App function !

All is great with the KLM app. as well as the easy and comfortable way to navigate through it. The only thing I would say if anything that needs to be looked at is the function of some of the option. Often the page says not available.

Finally 🍾

Finally you manage to fix the update speed for the app. I have cried about this since the inauguration of the new app a few years back now. Omg has it been painful to use on several weekly flights. Always had to screenshot all the information I needed before going on a trip.

I just updated to the newest version today, and first thing I notice is the reaction time is now realtime and not hourglass delayed anymore.

Thanks app team, credit due when credit is due 🦾👏

Bugs

After latest update, my iPhone 8, iOS version 16 cannot change seat, blank screen. It works fine on newer iPhone, iOS version 17

Kind of glitchy

The app logs out all the time I forget my password all the time. It’s not my favourite app. But I use it to check in.

Ticket purchased

Your ticket advertisement’s are very misleading and not what you see as per dates on the banner. As well when choosing a date and price it changes when you go back to look at an other date!!!!,!

Not appreciating 10% added cost for luggage

Good Customer Service

Was very impressed with the customer service I got when I had to call to advise that I could not make my trip due to ill health. I am now expecting a flight voucher I can use within a year. I have subsequently booked and paid for another business class ticket whilst awaiting the voucher as I will still be travelling klm/airfrance again.

Application freezing and lost details

While selecting seat options the application froze and I lost details. Had to login again to complete updates.

Can’t change flights on the system

It’s been more than several weeks that am trying to change my flight details on the app, also on KLM website, but the system always directs me to error page and says: ‘something went wrong’. The only way to change a flight details is to call customer service which is extra effort, time and cost. How is it possible that a glitch like this can persist for more than 2 months now, without being fixed?? Are you guys maintaining this app or website at all? It’s really disappointing
