Can’t use pass for attractions we want
We’ve tried to book LINQ zip line today. It says we have to book on the same day and now says we can’t. Eiffel Tower was also on our bucket list and it’s closed so that’s two items we can’t do. We leave tomorrow and having paid for things we have wasted two passesscottymc44
Easy to use
Used the app for a recent trip to New York and found it easy to use and it was accepted like a ticket in all the places we choose to go on the list. Would certainly recommend it. We had a three day pass and got our moneys worth after 2 days.Gejrbfk
Ripoff
Go City is a waste of time and money. I do not recommend at all. I purchased a 4-pack for myself and my children for a special trip to New York City. The total cost was $400. We were only able to use 2 of 4 passes due to the horrible procedure to exchange this pass for actual tickets.
If you want to wait in long lines to redeem your Go City pass for an actual ticket and then wait in another long line to see the attractions, then this app is for you.

Be wary of purchasing GoCity passes. Purchasing a GoCity pass does not guarantee you entry into the advertised attractions. GoCity website nor app maintain updated information regarding their advertised attractions and reservation requirements. GoCity website, app and confirmation email advertise many attractions as walk up only. GoCity website and app do not permit you to make reservations for attractions that are advertised as walk up only. While GoCity may not require a reservation for an advertise attraction, the attraction itself may actually require a reservation. Before purchasing a GoCity pass, check each attraction website directly for the most updated information on reservations in order to help ensure entry into an advertised attraction. GoCity will not issue a refund once the pass has been activated nor provide any corrective actions for losses incurred due to their deceptive advertising practices.Show lessgdrone1
Scam
Purchased the pass for Singapore and payment was processed, pending transaction. Advises takes up to 4 hours for confirmation. Received message that my request for refund was processed ??? What!!
Rang twice and exactly same script that my details didn’t match and to contact my bank as they had requested refund. They will not supply a copy of the refund receipt or that their system has stated voided. So now the card I need to use overseas has been cancelled.. now inconvenienced financially. DONT BUY FROM THIS APP OR WEBSITE.. SCAMShow lessKlmchop
Absolutely must have!
We did the 2 day pass.. family of 6.. did Universal on day 1.. you have to reserve the morning of the day you plan to visit.. did it, they scanned my phone, no problems.. second day kids wanted to do knotts.. you have to show your passes at both 11/ 12 and they exchange for paper tickets.. same thing, no issues.. highly recommend! Saved so much money! Just pay attention to which attraction you want and follow their admittance rules and you’ll be fine.. will be purchasing again wherever we go!!Show lesswonderbel

Not good at all app
Not a good app. Got passes and thought booked time slots. Got to 1st place and showed pass only to be told it’s not the right pass. Very very misleading app. Please don’t use this app.as unhappy as unhappy
Poor communication
We did not know what code they meant so most of our excursions were cancelled and we will miss quite of few attractions we wanted to do. So a lot of money spent for nothing.Josh and Michele
Go City! Oahu
What an awesome card to have! We bought the 7 day pass for Oahu and only used it for 6 days but still got more than our monies worth! Planning is everything with this pass…. In order to do more than one adventure in a day one needs to get up and get going in the morning… but evenings are free to relax and go to the beach… the overnight low temperatures are warm enough to go swimming until the sun goes down! We climbed diamond head, hiked into Manoa Falls, did two circle island tours with snorkelling and turtle spotting. We went to the Polynesian Cultural center, a luau, snorkelling with turtles, and did two catamaran Tours… all included in the price of the pass. We had such a blast!!!! I will definitely buy this pass when I visit any other city in which it is available!Show lessEsther from Canada
