  • GoCity app is glitchy

    App didnt work to book This is Holland. Otherwise good app to help you make bookings. Support is not available by phone. Had to email for 24hr response. everything in one place.
  • Fantastic app

    I would highly recommend the Go City app, I went to New York with my 2 teenage sons and we wanted to visit as much as we could. This app allowed this. It was very easy to use and was full of useful advise!!! It had so many more attractions compared to other apps and a very competitive price.
  • $$ Saving but with Hiccups

    So far we have not been able to book any of our activities directly through the app. There have been issues with both Warner Bros & Whale watching such that we had to call and/or email multiple times to get things booked. Trying to book Big Bus tours now through the Go City app and getting error messages. Currently the Explore and Trip planning functions are not working. If the app works, it does save you some money vs paying separately, although the regular price for whale watching of $56 on the site is not accurate, since it's actually only $30, so it may not have been truly cost saving, especially since you have to pay large parking fees everywhere.

  • Total rip off

    Purchased a San Diego Explorer 2-attraction pass thinking we could save a bit of money. Wrong! Even using the Zoo as one attraction (the most expensive thing you can do on that pass), it was still almost impossible to find a second attraction that made the pass worthwhile. Ultimately we paid more for every pass than if we’d just paid for entries per attraction. Absolutely would not recommend unless you get an All-Inclusive pass and want to spend a full 12 hours/day visiting attractions.

  • Brand New To Go City

    I had a not so great experience with my first experience with Go City. I placed an order for passes and all of the confirmation emails were sent to me in a different language and I could not tell what language it was. So I contacted Support via chat and they told me I just needed to translate them and then they stopped responding altogether. I asked them what language it was, and then they just would not respond. So I had to call Go City and when I called them, they said there was no way they could resend me the emails in English and to just translate them. But they did send me a link and I was able to get the app downloaded and synced with my passes. But this took about 45 minutes and I was on hold when I called for about 25 minutes before anyone answered.

    Very disappointing experience with this app. Planned our day in London to do many things. Ran to get on the Big Bus where we received little information about stops. Headphones at seats (audio tour) were spotty; many not working. It takes a LONG time to get where you want to go. Big Bus staff were misleading in information - told us our one day pass would work the next day but of course it doesn’t. So basically we wasted about 80 pounds. Would not recommend.

    This pass is a great addition to anyone who is planning a holiday as you can skip the long queues and booking into attractions (where necessary) is easy also
  • Disappointed by how the go city pass works

    Sometime ago, I visited Vegas with my friends. It was our first time buying a Go City Pass,we had some issues with a few of our experiences and pass not working. I called customer care and requested to speak with a manager, the support representative took my number but nobody ever called me rather my support request was marked as resolved right after the call ended. Also, the timings for 2 experiences weren’t updated and we only got to know when we reached there.

  • Very well worth buying.

    Works well. Lots of savings if you do lots. The more you use it the more you save. Very happy we got this and booked in advance to do all sorts of interesting things so far. The tours have been very good so far. Only half way through our holiday so here’s hoping the rest is as good as the first.
