After the update, I can't recover my account.
UPD: Yes, I reached out to support, asking them to check my account. In response, I got recommendations from some guy named Robert to follow a link, reset my password by entering my email, and check my spam folder. I replied, letting him know I did everything and nothing happened. Robert completely ignored my message. Five days later, I left another message on the site, explaining what had happened, and, surprise surprise, Robert sent me the same link to reset my password again.
So, in conclusion: no one cares, especially Robert—he’s clearly deeply invested.
Discrimination
I’ve been using this app for the last 8 or so years, back then it was called Runtastic. My experience was great, I recorded thousands of km of runs, my whole running journey was recorded on this app. Until recently, they deleted my account WITHOUT ANY NOTICE WHATSOEVER. No warnings inside the app, no emails, no nothing.
Then I googled it and turns out you deleted all Russian accounts on March 2024. I had a couple of runs in Russia, but the account was registered in Belarus, I’ve been living in Canada for the past 5 years, my Apple ID is Canadian. Besides, why couldn’t you just notify me about wiping my account of? I could’ve just transferred the data to a different app. Instead, all my runs, PRs, routes, just disappeared. I can’t even reach out to customer success to resolve the issue.

Can’t log in after update
Prior to this have loved it and had no issues but now my Premium Membership is a waste as I can’t access it, yet I still receive emails about my progress 😳
Trying to find who to contact to get help is an issue so if someone can help that would be greatly appreciated
