A must have!!!
I just luv this app, and so does my 4 yr old daughter! This the best investment that I have made in my daughter's education. Because of this app she has learned adding & subtraction, is starting to identify words, & is also improving her spelling! I luv how this app tracks her progress (correct/ incorrect answers), the 'coins' as rewards, and she luvs buying the stickers! Plus, it is repetitive which gives her a chance to grasp the concept before it moves her forward! The audio is very kid friendly and overall appealing! I can't say enough about this app! This is well worth the .99 cents that I paid, and more! My daughter plays in the car, at home, and is always asking to play it! She is getting great practice, and is going to be better prepared for kindergarten! Thank u Teachme! Apple/ App Store u really need to feature this app for the kids section. Great usage of surprisingly fun stickers to positively reinforce learning.
The mix of games make this an engaging experience that keeps my kid interested. My 5 yo finally understood subtraction after playing with this app for a few weeks.
Tiny suggestion - harder questions, especially with words. I'd like to see some closer choices, like "find the word lamp" and show some options like "damp, lamb, camp, land." the older preKs are ready to work a little harder.
Also, it would be nice to configure how many game slots there are. My dd starts a new game at random and can't remember where most of the stickers are.

Great App!!
This is the best app I have found for my three year old. It really teaches her maths and sight words whilst being fun. Love that there are levels and it doesn't consider a thing learnt until the child gets it right three times. The coin/sticker system is fantastic too.rcmphone
Seen true educational growth!
This was the first educational app I purchased and I had no idea if the app idea would even work. My daughter started out and did pretty well with my help in getting used to the program, then she started working it on her own. The math problems she used the ability to move the items to the cup for subtraction or out of the cup for addition, and then being able to tap on each item and it have it count them for the child to help them along. I kept thinking this won't work. Just a few days ago, she was able to work the problems with just moving the items in and out of the cups and slowly she has been able to work the problems just by looking at the problems. She will start Kindergarden this August. I truly am amazed.
The sight words and sounding out the words has been great, and now the added addition of the achievement levels shows me where she is as well. PLUS the rewards system with the stickers she LOVES! At one point she was just interested in seeing how many coins she could get, we got up to 50 and she thought that was just fantastic.

This game has been so fun for my daughter. She just turned 4 and the pace of this game is just perfect for her. It takes her through the steps of each problem and TEACHES her the concepts instead of just making it about a right or wrong answer. We were taking a family road trip and I downloaded about 20 games. This is her favorite by far. She'll play another for a minute or two, but then she goes right back to Teach Me: Kindergarten. I think that it may be a bit slow for an actual kindergartener and might super boring for anyone older than that.Show lessNeuroticJen
Fun and educational
My daughter just turned 4 and has shown signs that she's ready to learn sight words. I got this app because of the reward system (you can set how much they need to do to get the reward) and the visual appeal without being cluttered with garbage.
My daughter loves it and can navigate the game fine on her own but I generally sit by her to praise her work and give her guidance when she makes mistakes.
My wishes would be #1 to have trickier word selections for the sight words (like have two choices that start with the same letter more often) and #2 have a more girly themed sticker set and scene.Show lessMrsMJ
Great. Now what?
My daughter is 4 and attends pre-k school. I got this app expecting her to gradually grow into it but she mastered the app within 2 hours. The problem is that, while I couldn't get my phone back, the game was no longer challenging enough for her.
Don't get me wrong, the Kindergarden version was more than my 3 year old could handle & I downloaded the pre-k version for him
But I can't find a more advanced, comparable app for my daughter and I don't want her to get bored with this app before I come up with her next challenge
Please produce an app for the next level (1st grade) or update this app so that it can be adjusted to provide a challenge to different levels of achievement.
