The most reliable wind app I have found and just realised it also shows the tides. Hope it’s spot on for this evening moored In Hugh Town in the face of a stiff Norwesterly!
Predictions seem to be right on
It’s only been a short time since I started using the app, so far, the predictions seem to be very accurate. A huge rainstorm followed me recently. The app identified the wind would be changing direction which I used in positioning my boat behind an island… I waited out the storm and stayed dry and safe

Wind & Waves incorrect information
Hello there,
I have been using this App for a few years now. At the start I was impressed how accurate (close enough) it was.
But for the las 3 years it’s very inconsistent the information in the App.
Wind is supposed to be 5 knots and 0.1 m waves but physical are 15 knots and 0.5 m waves.
No very safe for me when I only have a 16’ boat with a 50 HP motor.
Looking for a better App.
