Been using this app for years and have had no problems. I’ve never paid for the app. I wish it still had police on it is my only negative
Keep up on local emergencies
I enjoy listening to my local fire, EMS, and police to hear about local emergencies, and this app offers multiple feeds for my area. I listen almost every day. The most interesting days to listen are around full moons - the TV medical shows aren’t exaggerating much when they show the ERs being super crazy when there’s a full moon. I
also want thank tech support for their quick reply to an issue I had. They quickly found and fixed the issue. They also let me know when the update was available. I give them (and the app) 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🙂

Stopped working. no support.
Was working fine until a few days ago on my iPad, but suddenly stopped working. It doesn’t matter which feed I try to listen to the app just shuts down.
Feel ripped off
Clicked 3 day free trial, ended up paying for a year. The app doesn’t have many working scanners for Ontario especially London. Then after one week of hearing some calls now I get silence. Nothing. I sent an email and nothing from that either.
Signed up for free 3 day review but charged $50
Signed up for a free trial for 3 days with payment options of paying weekly or monthly. So I signed up for the free trial but then was charged $50 something bucks straight away for a full year. No where did it say I would be charged that straight away or even after free trial period which only just started

Scanner App
I’ve used a few apps for police/EMS scanners and this one is my favorite. I paid for the pro version which was worth the price to upgrade since I listen to the scanner activity for my city through an AirPod as white noise a lot. I listen while cleaning, working, and even fall asleep at night listening to it. I like that it doesn’t seem to drain my battery even while running almost constantly most days. It didn’t seem like there would be many added features with paying for the pro version but the enhancements it does have are worth the price. I like that it automatically connects to the last feed I was listen to and that I have the ability to customize the wallpaper. I also appreciate that it automatically reconnects if the feed is interrupted for some reason. Obviously the lack of ads interrupting the stream is the biggest improvement. Overall the interface is simple and easy to navigate and the one time I had a question, support was quick to respond with a solution. I recommend this app to people all the time and actually just learned recently that there must not be a version in the Google operating system which was surprising since this is such a popular app on iOS. Thanks for providing a great app.

Try to force a subscription on users who already own the app
I purchased the app a few years ago and when I opened it today the app tried to force me into a subscription. The information left by the developers that a previous purchase gives lifetime access for free is a lie.

The subscription is optional. Just press the X button on the top left of the subscription screen to skip it.
Was a great app
I purchased this a while ago and would occasionally use it. I’ve never had any problems until now. I am unable to load the app. All I get is information on features that were already included I now need to pay more then the app closes. Disappointed as this app was fab

Clunky & frustrating
It’s probably a great app if you live in the USA.
Every time I open the app it opens on a Los Angeles station.
Asking for local feeds yields zero results - lucky that I know a couple of local feeds that I could search by country- state- region.
