This update includes important bug fixes and performance improvements.
I’ve used this app a few times, along with their subscription services. As a single mom and a dv survivor, I use it for peace of mind and making sure people are who they say they are. I needed to use their services, and first tried to restart the subscription there, it didn’t work. Then downloaded the app and tried there. Apple shows the subscription restarted, but Been Verified doesn’t. Still can’t use their services. I contact been verified through their chat asking for help. I did everything she told me to do, which included me purchasing a second subscription, because their app doesn’t show I have an active subscription. She then says that she can’t help me, and sends me a link to Apple for help and someone would contact me. No one has.
I was charged twice, and I couldn’t use the app at all. Or the website. I went to another site and had to pay for their services to get the information.
