iWCMHS app exactly as expected
After adding the api access key to the config file and using correct URL (to client area), I gained access to the app with no issues. Personally I am glad security is so good.
App has been excellent and dies exactly what I needed it for. A quick and easy way to access tickets and billing.jaquer
It just works, but
I want more features, an updated user interface, push notifications, and an iPad version. For the amount of money you have to pay for the license just to use this app, I would have expected more. I am new to WHMCS, but I did not have any issues getting this app working.

Please focus on making your iOS app something worthy of having your name on it. Please add my requested features above.

Apple should remove this app or force whmcs to disclose pricing for the app in the info. Whmcs being as cheap as they are don't want to give apple a cut as all must on paid software so they lie and call it free on here.

Simple and reliable
Neat little app that helps a lot with some simple day to day task, and allows you to keep a finger on the pulse of your operations. Support is excellent, the people that complain about stability may not have bothered opening a support ticket. Not with it
For the price it doesn't even do as much as the iwebmanager , you should be able to do everything from the app as from the main application, it crashes everything I use it.Jkosick

Just updated from the last version. Crashes
Now mine crashes everytime I open it. I have 5.0.1 OS and have rebooted. Still not working. Please fix ASAP. I use this everyday for my hosting business. Fix it.MOVentures
Broken
After dealing with this broken app for so long. They finally came out with an update. Now its broken even more! I cant even get it to open without crashing. Not worth it. I just visit my mobile version of whmcs in my browserPassive aggressive
Too many crashes and not enough support
Updated to latest iOS version currently 5.0.2 along with the latest iwhmcs app update which crashes either on open or during profile loading, but have only twice managed to connect and use paid features however, app is very buggy and crashes a lot. Many efforts to uninstall and reinstall app and hard reset the iOS device have been made most of the time making little difference. The client icon does appear but all in all the lack of support is poor and the app unreliable especially considering the price.Show lesskayol
