I have the same issues as William. The auto response is NOT helpful at all. The response to his complaint seems like another auto response, which again is NOT helpful. I have emailed three times asking for assistance, same auto response. I paid for two emails and my money was accepted quickly but auto response directions to add email was not clear and just didn't help. I'm sorry but I've had it up to here. All of this nonsense started in March 2021 and it's now June 2021. No resolution, no useful contact. I want my money back.Show lessTarotgal1239

I used to think spam drain was an excellent program.and I used it for a long time Until it wasn’t Good any longer yet I’m still paying for it.Someone changed my info somehow and my spam mail stopped being rid off. I’d like to have it back in the condition that I first started with. I’m think it might have been French, but I’ve forgotten. I’d love to start again if I can be re-assured I still don’t have to drain my own messages again

I have had SpamDrain for years and have been happy with it. Recently I renewed my subscription and as soon as I did I noticed that it was no longer filtering my spam. I tried troubleshooting it on my own without success. At that point I decided to get in touch with tech support. The first thing I noticed was that it was incredibly hard to find the link that would get me in direct communication with a technician. I had to go through FAQs before I stumbled across an email address for tech support. I described the problem and a tech wrote back that there was no email listed to be filtered. That didn’t make sense to me but I tried following the steps that he suggested and when that didn’t work I took a screenshot of the failure screen and sent it to the tech by email. That was 2 weeks ago and I never heard back. Poor tech support and poorer customer service. I would like a refund of my money.Show lessJ A 5872

I have been using spamdrain for years and it has worked perfectly. But in the last few days it will not connect to Yahoo mail or Apple email. There is no one to call and get help from. I want to speak with someone. So frustratedbarbara7547

Customer support does not exist.
I have been a customer for two years and one day the app stop working. After hours trying to resolve issue to discover Customer Support does not exist and little data about trouble shooting. Why have a business and not provide customer support. They will only respond with, all trouble tickets are closed. Of course there is not a trouble ticket due to login to customer support does not work. I have the latest iPhone so it’s not my smart phone. Hello clueless owner. Provide two options at least for customer support. Spamdrain just lost a paying customer due to not providing basic assistance. Run from this app. Don’t give them your money!!!!Show lessSB Truthsayer

Once you sign up If you don’t want the trial and delete the App he keeps your emails and you can’t get them back, then he just keeps them and gives you daily reports about how many more he has for the day and they are emails that you need not spam emails. He hijacked my emails and wouldn’t return them, be careful of this App it’s a third party App.Show lessKatie cuppy cake

I have had SpamDrain for some time but it suddenly stopped working and I cannot get it to do so again. I paid for my subscription in April but since around then it hasn’t worked. I have sent various messages to Spamdrain and, although they have replied, it is still not working. They do not seem that bothered really, obviously they have already had my money!Show lessXebrax

This used to be the most wonderful filtering app. I have not been able to get it to filter at all since my renewal in February 2020. I have contacted both SpamDrain and Yahoo and followed the instructions to no avail. I don’t know what has changed.
Even the request to cancel my account cannot be followed as the instructions they send do not generate the same on my account.
I am sad to leave but this app no longer works for me.Show lessreviews being filtered?
