This app used to work quite well. Nothing on my end has changed, yet it regularly allows crap through, and blocks stuff that’s been whitelisted. For most of this year, it fails to connect to the same servers I’ve always had it aligned with, unless I go into the app and pause and then restart it. I’ve contacted the developers several times asking about that, and have not received a single response. Won’t make this mistake again.Show lessUrban Mongoose
Impressive
I was looking for a filter as I was getting so many spam messages on my several addresses. I have only had it a few days and it is brilliant, clearing every one in the background but allowing me to correct items barred in error. Most impressed!
BUT be warned! Once they have you hooked they want £106 per year to keep it! Sorry guts, great program but I can't afford it on my pension so it's back to self-spamming! 😪Show lessOtto the Orditor

Much improved version on beta test at the moment.
Now fills screen on iPhone X & iPad version auto rotates in opening (unlike previous versions which always opened in portrait and had to be forced into landscape by twisting your device). All round, a big improvement. A little slow in coming, but they got there in the end.
Applies to all versions - Others have commented that they don’t like the fact that spam still comes through to blocked mailbox - whilst this is annoying for repeat offenders, it really is the best way to ensure nothing is missed (or caught by mistake) - so just ignore the legitimate caught spam, and it will fall off the end of the list eventually. Far better than having all the crud coming down from your mail server to your device.

I don’t understand all of the negative reviews. I’ve been using this product for a number of years and I’ve never had any issues with it. All I can say is it works very well for me and my wife and I recommend it.Cayugacat

For some reason the app went off and I knew something was wrong right away. I was inundated with dozens of spam email. I deleted and reinstalled the app. It began working immediately and only misses one occasionally.77shs
Great set-&-forget app
SpamDrain simply works. From an inbox full of spam I now have only the emails I want. Simple to set up and maintain. Good reporting, so you can easily monitor what’s been drained & change if necessary.
