Unexplained Random upcharge
I like the company and the phone app is full of good info and access to so many precious metals. However , my subtotal changed randomly after entering credit card , and you are not giving to option to see a breakdown of your cart after this price has gone up , to see what exactly went up and why . The lack of transparency is super annoying and makes me feel think this company is following the trend of hidden fee gouges with out accountability and explanation. There could very well be an explanation, but one was not given which I just don’t vibe with . If you don’t mind this type of electronic business transaction , I can’t think of anything else wrong with this app .

Scared to Death
i was so frightened to spend money with Apmex and do trades of any sort for my first time. I was just overwhelmed at first with all the unique options on what to buy or sell. One day i decided to pick up the phone and call and Mason answered and gently guided me in a direction i felt comfortable. Mason took time to answer all my silly beginner questions and educated me slowly at my pace so i could retain all the information he was throwing my way. There was a lot to learn and i’ll continue to learn and grow in my investing/collecting journey. My hats off to Mason for taking the time for my small and yet low budget account. i look forward to the future with APmax and i’m very grateful for Mason and all he has done to assist me in my investing. Top notch service and packaging and speedy payout when selling. My experience rating is Fantastic!

First Class Operation
Everything about Apmex is top-shelf, from the website to their stellar customer service to their app. The company was founded by some very interesting gentleman, and it has come to be a user-friendly way to jump into metal investing. No one knows what the future holds. For anyone or any country. I prefer to be prepared for the worst, and having a sufficient supply of precious metals could make the difference between navigating through a bad situation or being swallowed up by it. In the meantime, I have some beautiful pieces that have grown in value considerably since I began purchasing through Apmex in 2017. I fully expect that my portfolio of metals will pass to my designated beneficiaries with no need for me to ever sell anything. But, I may be wrong.
