Good but could be more functional on watch
I enjoy the amount of detail that I am able to incorporate in workouts though this app. Great directions and ease of use on app. However, it could be more user friendly on the watch by:
-Being able to save workouts
-being able to choose workouts

I didn’t use this for all of them, but it sure made some of my grueling 100 burpee workouts easier. Love that you can cycle through and add your own music. Great feature!indysays

Thought it would be great but almost died doing squats
I did not realize that you have to keep the app open so I started the timer then put my phone in my pocket and I’m doing squat after squat thinking wow 20 seconds is a lot longer than I thought!! This is dumb. I need to be able to lock my phone and have the timer still work. Also why does it have to use data. That is also dumb.
