Slow behavior
The last update makes the app slow. It makes me wonder why a supposedly offline app becomes slow? Are you trying to transmit information about my activities while using the app?

Update please
I love this app, but it needs an update following the latest iOS update, this the 1 star rating. It starts playing music when I open it, before starting a workout. It’s behind or doesn’t play music during activity. The clock will pause while in the middle of any activity. Super glitchy now. Please help!Show lessc_ann_o

Great app
It's a simple app to use, but I don't like that if I open another app while running this one, it pauses my workout!! Other than that it's great, I have a separate app for my music that will play but not through this app. This app is good for the HIIT workouts!Ncjessica77
Not Bad
Pretty good considering the other choices. Would be better if the choice for times would be minutes plus seconds instead of seconds only. Then, I wouldn’t have to use my calculator to compute.machitect

Great app but hard to navigate

Is good for a hiit timer
This app works well as a simple timer for repeated intervals. Would rate it 5 stars if you could program in a set of exercises then have that set repeat before moving onto a new set.bm1117
