Needs updated to ios8
It's great being able to monitor my home when away or even when home checking the doors etc. They are lax in updating their software. First issue it stopped working on my iMac when I updated the OS now it doesn't work with ios8 on the iPhone. Utility if this product is greatly diminished until these issues are resolved. Otherwise it's a great solution for monitoring your property.Show lessPhrice

It works great for me except that I need to charge my iphone more often. I would love it more If they could update the battery issue. One thing I am looking forward to in a future update is a feature that allows me to hear the audio in search mode.alghan
Keeps crashing on iPad and iphone
Things we need out of this app:
Stability-shouldn't crash as often as it does.
Two way audio-microphone feature (when I speak from the app, it should be heard from speakers connected to Revo). This is already possible in windows software.
Audio playback in search mode.desilucky
No more bug. Close to perfect
Current software/hardware ios 7.1 on iPhone 5s. FIXED- bug that crashed everytime you switched camera views while watching pre-recorded video. No more Crashes. Netgear router configured everything for me on set up no hastle configuration. Does everything they claim. Upgrade to other type of cameras is possible with and adapter they sell for rj12(revo's proprietary connection) to BNC plug in connection. Just not sure if you will still have sound if you upgrade to a different make camera In Future.

Will give 5 stars if and when this ever happens. I understand that this uses more bandwidth but at least enable sound when connected to wifi on pre-recorded video playback from the mobile app. Currently you can only play sound when watching a live stream and not from pre-recorded video. Have not yet used a PTZ camera on mobile app. Also wish for Revo to make passwords more complicated for setting up a site on app. Needs alpha, and symbol characters. Will give 5 stars when an option for audio on play back through app is implemented.Show lessRo:
Doesn't work after update (updated)
Before this app worked fine, kinda slow, but it worked. After the update it doesn't open for me on my iPhone or iPad!

Works on all of my 5 iPhones
You need to understand the security of the product. You have to set up your port forwarding in your router to make this app work. Trust me, if you don't want some random person checking your cameras your going to want to call tech support and set it up. This works on my daughters 4s fine, even my 5s. If you can only get it to work on wifi then you must call tech support for port forwarding. As for the audio it will work if using headphones. App works great. Most people might not like this app because they don't know how to use tools and advance settings in their router.Show lessKiller dawg

I'm on iPhone 5, haven't had any problems. Works great.
Update: still using the app. Has sound now. I'm always "checking in" never a problem except for once a bad modem went out and another time power outage. I do recommend.hydra pathos
