NO WIFI, NO VIEWING STILL
I bought one of the first units to hit the stores shelves. Installed in my warehouse and offices. Installed app on my iPhone 4/s, iPad 3 and it worked perfectly (on the wifey's too). On the highway, in the movies, at the restaurant, without a WIFI ! In late JUNE there was an update released and the app stopped working without a WIFI. Real convenient for us business owners on the go.

App works fine after contacting tech support. I had to use my static IP address in the app address field. When on my cell outside the network were the cams are located. When in the same building as cams I used router ip.Hawire944
Update the App please!!
Everything worked fine until the IOS 6 update late last year. Now the app won't work on my IPhone 4 or my wife's 4S. However my son didn't update his 4 and I'm still able to see it in his, so logically it was the update that caused the issue. I too spent over $1000 on my system and it seems like there's been no support for this app.Show lesssfitzgerald
Needs updates and bug fixes!
While listening to audio during streaming it crashes (needs fixed). Also audio needs to be able to play through the iPhones loud speaker/speaker phone.

Ok but not good for future
Product and app work okay at a decent price but if you ever want to upgrade your system later to a different brand the cables on these cameras are very unfriendly. They use modular connectors that look like a phone jack and not standard video connections. You'll probably have to buy a whole new system instead of being able to just upgrade one or two cameras or a new recorder keeping existing camerasShow lessCardsfan89

UPDATE: Well they've added the event searching I requested and as a bonus I've got audio. Moreover, this app lets me search by the exact time instead of being restricted to start on the website timeline's hour markers. Incredible time saver! It's also great on my iPad with all 16 of my cameras in view.

Excellent app! Thanks for adding sound! I will recommend Revo to every small business owner I come across. Having problems with the search function over this app, but it doesn't matter one bit to me. Update: finally hooked up the the support team, they were great and fixed everything... Will give 5th star when they get the audio to work with the app.
Updated the app today, wish I wouldn't have. Can't see the cameras at all. Glad I didn't purchase a second system for the new business. Hope REVO fixes this ASAP as this was the only reason I went with them, the mobile viewing ability.Show lessDo not update the app!!!
New update fixed lag
Now it works like a charm! Nice job Revo. The lag is almost all gone. The app doesn't haven't to be restarted every time I open it. I am very, very happyFlatline01111
