Good companion to the web site
Only complaint is that it doesn't load my saved searches. When that works, it will be a 5 star app! Nolte100
Good, but could be great
I like it, but I wish the search could have all the options that the web site does (ex: specify number of garage stalls, select multiple specific towns at once, select different property types at once, etc). I love the look and how easy it is to use, but would really love it if the search were more detailed like the site. As is, for me it's three stars, but improve the search and it's five.Show lessLikes lists
A Very Good App...
What are all the one-star ratings about...? I was able to easily search every MLS listing using advanced criteria and could see all the homes that have sold near my house as well. The app runs fast and is easy to use - it had all the info I was hoping to find in a mobile home search. Again, what's not to like?Show lessKris-P
Brilliant!
Great app! Best MLS app I've found. Free makes it even better. Also very useful to see what homes are being foreclosed in a speedy fashion.
Unfortunately, some reviews have dogged this app for the simple fact that it's not available in their area. Well, move to MN, but giving a low rating is a waste of time just because you can't read that it says: "Search the complete inventory of MLS-listed homes for sale in the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota".Show lessskangus

Only problem is that some houses shown are in wrong spot. Not an app problem though. Very useful when looking for a house. Best app I have used so far!!!ntypicl
