Real deal
This app works. After running it before bed 5-6 times I had a lucid dream. It was if I was both the creator of the content and controlling the story at once. I knew it was a dream nearly immediately and shortly after knew what would happen and that it'd be ok because it was a dream. I've realized I was dreaming a few times in my life but this level of control brings a certain fearlessness. I don't use headphones I turn it up and my wife and I listen.Show lessgimpus

This app is awesome. I have a lot of apps like this, but this one feels sooo good to listen to with a good pair of headphones. It is so therapeutic too.

Best Application
Last night, I played the lucid track 1 for about 45 minutes before bed. When I went to bed, you see, I was having a horrible time falling asleep, despite the fact I got up early. After about what I think was an hour, I decided to go get a drink, when I got up, I fell through my floor, not broke it, but through it. I instantly realized I was dreaming! A must have
I have had this app for two weeks and have got the most consistent sleep I have had in years! I have not has any astral experiences yet but I can feel it coming. I would like to have more selections for background noise but I love the app anywayslappytehmoog
WORTH IT
I was skeptical and freaked out at first but after a couple nights I've really gotten some vivd dreams and one I was in complete control where I was able to move and create things... don't rate down instantly it takes a few tries but it's well worth itBrian Wichrowski
Great App
This app does everything it claims. Giving it a 4 star rating because, as others have pointed out a slow fade when it times out would MUCH improve it. It is, in fact, a jolt to the user when it abruptly ends!!ezvalk
Seems very good
Overall it seems to do its job quite well, but DESPERATELY needs a subtle, adjustable fade out. I get forcibly jolted back when the timer suddenly ends...it's very jarring.
The background sounds are rather poor quality loops that are far too brief, but the actual frequency beats are fantastic.
Hopeful for a good update soon so I can make this app a permanent part of my routine.Show lesscalabash11

Perfect app worth the price.
I have been research lucid dreaming for a few months now. I bought this app to see if binaural beats would help my lucid dreaming. The astral tones with waves made my body feel weightless. The sleep tones helped my insomnia and the lucid tones I listened too before I went to sleep. I had 4 LUCID dreams! Not Vivid dreams but 100% best lucid dreams ever where I had control. I've always loved the idea of astral projection and lucid dreaming. I found this app and when I run the lucid dreams settings, I seem to get an astral / lucid dream combo and it's awesome!
