Hello, thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear about your poor experience. We do have a team of editors and listings managers constantly updating the directory and listings, but unfortunately, Covid has shaken things up and more businesses have gone out of business than we can currently update. Closures don't usually get reported to us, and unfortunately, we have indeed not managed well enough to encourage users to report outdated information to us (each listing has a 'Fix Errors' button). We'll do our best to work through the over 12k listings and remove closed venues, and we do invite you to report closed listings to us (we do award all reports with points that can be exchanged for cash or vouchers).

Hello, thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear about your bad experience with our app. We are a ticketing agent for several hundred events per month. A small part of those get canceled, and this is always out of our control (we are just an agent). Would you mind reaching out to alex@smartshanghai.com so we can figure out what happened?

Hi Jroc. Thank you for letting us know. Does "any link" include all tappable areas on the homepage, as well as the items in the sidebar menu? We haven't heard about this issue before, so we'd be very happy if you could contact us at tech@smartshanghai.com to give us some further information about when/why this is happening for you. If you only mean the article links on the homepage, we did recently identify an issue affecting some users who use a 3rd party browser as default. Could you please try updating to the latest version available here on the App Store and see if that fixes your issue? Thanks!
