One of the worst apps on my phone.
Try tapping the box score sometime when a game is started, nothing happens. I have screenshots I can give you of the first game of the preseason in which several different people scored the same goal. Embarrassingly bad tech work. Please don’t tell me you don’t have enough money to do it rightcolebot2
Need App Support.
It’s minor but it’s so frustrating opening the app to a name of a parent of a previous friend. I have tried logging into my ticketmaster and it still just says hello _____ (name) and i want it to be able to say mine.Lakeland20
Be more friendly
I hate that on the HOME screen it gives the next game with “not started”… why make me hunt through the schedule to see if it’s a 7pm game. Change “not started” to the scheduled start time.ScottFullerton

Transfer Tix Bug
The recipients that I’m trying to transfer my tickets to are not receiving any notification/email that the tickets are awaiting their acceptance. This has only been an issue since I upgraded to iOS 16. Please fix.TGinnn

There is currently a glitch preventing me from transferring tickets within a couple hours of receiving a ticket transfer. There is nowhere in the app to relay customer feedback or troubleshooting problems.mskdjndndndk
