The games never work properly. It’s got no information about the venue (restaurants available) that would make attending a game easier.oil_girl1968
Rarely works
I have a brand new iPhone, but the app crashes all the time with very none-user friendly error message such as Fail To Load. I am a season ticket holder and honestly I pray I can access my ticket when I’m a few days away from the game.

Needs work
I am trying to use this on my iPad to schedule around Abbotsford Canucks games and it’s horrific (but Hallowe’en was a few days ago.)
Here’s some constructive criticism:
-you can’t use this app in split screen
-you can’t filter the schedule by home/away. It helpfully highlights the next game and that’s it
-you also can’t sort the columns in the schedule, I was confused until I noticed it is sorted horizontally and I would prefer vertical sorting
-as I’m trying to schedule games it would be helpful to download the schedule into the Calendar app but you have to do this manually and make appointments one at a timeShow lessMrDan21
Doesn’t work!
My iPhone can’t be upgraded to iOS 13 and the Canucks app requires it. Half season ticket holder and now I can’t get my tickets!!!
It offers to download the latest compatible version but it won’t do it.
This needs to be fixed!!!!tsquared23

So I have always used this wonderful website on my mobile device then one day it stopped working. I’m told to load an older version of this program and then it puts me into an endless loop, download an older version, etc, older versions don’t download. THIS APP IS USELESS NOW
this is an absolutely useless app now.
IT TELLS ME TO THEN WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO DOWNLOAD OLDER VERSION (yes horror of horrors I have an older phone).
used to be able to check scores, schedule, news, etc. now it is a basically a Twitter feed.
I WILL BE UNINSTALLING THIS USELESS APP and would rate it ZERO stars if I could but there is no way to do that.
