U can easily list all VSP optometrists in your area and see if they've got ratings. U can even send a message or request an appt from the app. I use my phone for everything these days and this is a great addition.myopinionisveryimportant

Dislike Update ... Even More
I've had this app for a while and liked it. With this update if I don't give them personal information and create an online account, absolutely NOTHING is available for use. Incredible idea and execution!
EyeXam takes the convenience of routine eye exams to a whole new level! The app is simple to use, accurate, and provides the user with an overall positive experience.
I originally thought the interaction was going to be complex but after only a couple minutes in the app I was hooked. Have already used this to schedule me next eye appointment.Show lesswhos asking?

There appears to be no way to add favorites in spite of following the directions within the app. App will not recognize my insurance info to show my benefits. Two features I most definitely were looking forward to using. This leaves me more frustrated than satisfied with the app. Would not recommend.Show lesscgh-Mid
Not accurate
This app cannot give accurate results as one has to close one eye and the distance of device from eye is not fixed. Furthermore there is no control on illumination. This may give false hope to someone who has a serious eye condition.vermad
Sign in - rubbish
I used to think tis wasn't a bad app. Now you have to sign up with you e-mail and remember another password. On the pretence of being compliant, what rubbish. Just to send you loads of crap. You never had to put any personal data in the app before so there nothing to protect. Utter bull. Deleted now.Show lessSkaterboy 43

Very useful app
Very useful and engaging app. Vision screening test was very interactive and the doctor locator was very helpful. Found a doctor close by who was great! Definitely recommend using this app.Anonymous 6741
