Hello, is this thing on?
The app needs a lot of work, and a quick flick through the version history shows you how much (or little) love the developers give it, with sporadic updates often years apart.
I can search for and book a room, and I can sign up to their membership, but I can’t log into my account. SLH don’t offer membership cards, but you are expected to remember some long, random number. It seems like it’d be pretty easy to offer a digital membership card that could be added to Apple Wallet with all the pertinent details.
The layout and design of the app needs a lot of work. It’s sluggish and overcrowded in places.Show lessshehaal
No Slh Invited ‘login’??? Poor functionality
As a member of Invited already - surely you should be able to log into your account via the App -but no, only gives you option to ‘join’ - then tells you that you are a member and points you back to main Slh website!!!!!
Basic functionality missing - sad as have stayed at many (many) Slh places around the world and they are being seriously let down by this App. A quick fix would vastly improve experience.Show lessSteelsontour
Not able to log in to account
No great as I can’t link to my existing account. I can only create a new account. I can’t use my email to create an account as it already exists on my existing account. Poor!

Just an app for searching - can’t login!
I wish I’d read the reviews, I’d already booked and paid for my trip, was directed to download the app and thought would do so to keep a record of my booking.
I downloaded the app and only have the ability to re-register, but not access details to my account! Useless for the trip I’ve booked. Will now need to print things out and remember to bring them with me.Show lessmy_auntie
