Unable to download new edition with active subscription
App is not allowing me to download latest editions. I’ve had the app and subscription for four years and now it’s saying I have to pay for the latest editions even though my subscription shows active.Developer Response

I can see my issue on my iPhone but not my iPad. Restoring purchases doesn’t work.

Thank you for your review, BrewingBrad.In this new app upgrade you need to go to Account > Sign in >Subscriber then enter your 10 digit account number or email address.
