  • Unable to download new edition with active subscription

    App is not allowing me to download latest editions. I’ve had the app and subscription for four years and now it’s saying I have to pay for the latest editions even though my subscription shows active.

    Can’t access content in app I've paid for - sends you in an endless loop.

  • App won’t sync across devices

    I can see my issue on my iPhone but not my iPad. Restoring purchases doesn’t work.

    RESPONSE TO DEV: You don’t get an account number when you subscribe via the app.

    Thank you for your review, BrewingBrad.In this new app upgrade you need to go to Account > Sign in >Subscriber then enter your 10 digit account number or email address.   • Love the magazine, hate the app

    I’ve read most of the comments on this app and I have to agree with the negative ones. Trying to download the digital version is IMPOSSIBLE!!! Is it really this difficult for your IT folks to fix? Very, very frustrating.

    I subscribe to other magazines with a digital version available and when I’m notified of the new edition, I press ONE button and less than 10 seconds later, it’s available to read.

    Please get this fixed!!!!

Please note that the first time you access to your library on the new app, you will need to register your email address to connect it to your Lynnfieldwoods account. To do it, just go to Account > Sign in > Print + Digital Subscriber and enter either your email address or the first 9 digits of your subscriber account number.   • New version is broken!

    I used to be able to access the digital copies with my print subscription - however, the new version does not authenticate properly and wants me to buy the digital versions, even though I have a print subscription! Whenever I try to log in with my subscriber number, I get an error message that I should try again later, and when I log in with my email address, the app doesn’t recognize me as subscriber. Not happy!

  • Impossible to restore iTunes purchases

    Follow the instructions in the new app to the letter - doesn’t work. Reach out to technical support and they require you to sign up for an account. I point out I don’t want an account - I subscribed through iTunes - but no - they want my email and me signed up to an account. Their own instructions to restore purchases don’t work. Feels like a bogus scam to get people signing up for accounts they don’t want and collecting personal information

  • Not a fan anymore

    I love Travel + Leisure magazine, however the new app, not so much. It has slowed down my iPad too much enough for me to loose interest. While I understand the concept of improving things, I feel this was an unnecessary app “improvement”.
  • Just fix it !

    Used to be a decent app. As a print subscriber, I can no longer download issues. App asks me to pay another $5.99 for something I've already paid for. Used to be a simple download button when signed into your account and a new issue came out. Same issues with Food & Wine magazine. Until they fix this, I would avoid this app completely. Also considering dropping my print subscription as a result. Very unhappy !

  • The worst app ever

    Being a long time subscriber of the physical magazine - which is awesome, it is very frustrating to see the poor job that has been done with this digital version.
    To begin with, you have to be online to read it, which is against the ehole purpose of a magazine - to read whenever and wherever you want.
    Secondly, it seems like a library of advertisements, there seem to be more of them than actual articles!
    Third, you cant share articles, which is what most of us want to do when we read something interesting.
    Fourth, one cannot add a bookmark or highlight a specific paragraph or even a page - only the full article. Also, you cant even organize them by topics,
    Etc, etc, etc
    If you are thinking of this app, look at the paper magazine, which will be much more useful

  • Great that App Now Works on iPhone...Except it Doesn't

    Update: App STILL does not work on iPhone; specifically, it does not work on the iPhone 6 plus. What faulty advertising! When the app description says, "now works on iPhone," don't believe it-it does not! 'Need to reimburse subscribers for iPhone (6 plus) for charging for subscriptions through this App that has not been working for a month now!

    Will not load on iPhone 6 Plus. 'Says it is updating library; then, just loads a blank page. Also, there is no option in settings to restore previous purchases. App simply does not work on iPhone.
