I’ve come across zero problems while using this app so far. I’ve had it for about three days now and I couldn’t be more pleased. The night vision works abundantly well! Also, I think it’s cool how there’s a section where you can save camera angle presets at various locations. All you have to do is click a button, and BOOM…. the camera angle you want is then seen on your screen! It’s awesome and super easy! Thank you for creating this app! I wouldn’t change a thing! 💯😁

Server offline!!
I bought two of these cameras and once in awhile they go offline!! Server offline!! This time it has been over a week that they stopped working and no one answered my questions so far!!!
Poor Support
The camera initially worked well but then switched to only black and white all the time. I have requested help from support on more than one occasion but no response received. Probably best to avoid this camera all round.
It’s saying wrong username and password
How can I find that username and password in the app, I never had to put a password or username in. And when I do try to put it it shows I’m already registered. Username say admins but I never registered yet

Camera works sporadically. Difficult to set up. Apparently can only accommodate one camera via WiFi’s

Had this about 6 weeks now very good camera but I can’t play back the recording for some reason ? I can see all the recordings have been registered but I’ve not been able to view 1 ? Any help would be much appreciated pls . Thankyou

I have installed the camera and all works well while on my local network using a ipad. However , I understand I have to use a an IP address in a browser to use the camera remotely .My question is where do I get this IP address for the camera .The Manual that’s comes with the camera is of very little help in setting up this device.

Ok for the money
Very basic camera, a nightmare to set up, however, once you waste a day getting frustrated linking the app, the picture quality is immaculate! Almost as good quality of a more expensive model I use elsewhere.
Auto record seems to not work very much which is frustrating, but overal for the money you really couldn’t get much better.

Poor results
Works ok as long as I’m on my home WiFi network, fails to connect if using internet access via another WiFi while out of house. And FAILS completely if I try to connect using mobile data/4G.
So very disappointed. Now looking into buying better cctv products without access issues.

No IPv6 support
The app works great, BUT, Not on carriers that use IPv6.

We love it!!! Yes we have gotten knocked off a time or two and had to reset but I went on a trip to NY and it worked the entire time even once I purchased another one from some other company that only lets one person view the baby at a time. My husband and I love this one for our IPHONE it doesn’t work on my husbands work phone which is Android but if you have an IPhone.... I highly suggest it. I can record and snap shot and the baby knows I am recording and my husband talks to him from work...just amazing technology for such a small price. I LOVE IT!

What use is a camera system with a viewing app that doesn’t work
I can log in occasionally if I reboot the camera but in most cases the software drops the connection if you view something else on your device and you can’t get a connection to the cameras again.

I have downloaded this app on my brand new phone and all of a sudden someone is trying to hack into my phone . after downloading this app I wake up to are you sure you want to change your password
Don’t buy this piece of crap
No technical support. Stops working for no reason and can’t get it working again. Tried resetting but nothing works. Worthless junk.

I think it works fine wen out and about with data only no need for WiFi and seeing as it 8 times more for my baby monitor I think this product is filthy CHEEP!!!!!
