We have been using it for about 7 years to monitor my mother in Law with dementia to enable us to keep an eye on her and keep her in her own home and before we got carers in as she progressed we have had a few issues with the cameras suddenly stopped working unfortunately I feel the support on it is poor and so far had to deal with most of the issues ourselves but on the whole it has allowed us more freedom than we would have had otherwise

100% one of the best things i ever bought. We have a big kitchen area and i can watch and see almost the hole place. I had foot surgery and was not walking fir 6 months. I could use it to be with the family. I recommend this to everyone that wants to know what is going on anywhere.
