We have been using it for about 7 years to monitor my mother in Law with dementia to enable us to keep an eye on her and keep her in her own home and before we got carers in as she progressed we have had a few issues with the cameras suddenly stopped working unfortunately I feel the support on it is poor and so far had to deal with most of the issues ourselves but on the whole it has allowed us more freedom than we would have had otherwise

Watchful eye
100% one of the best things i ever bought. We have a big kitchen area and i can watch and see almost the hole place. I had foot surgery and was not walking fir 6 months. I could use it to be with the family. I recommend this to everyone that wants to know what is going on anywhere.

Slow and Buggy
I’ve been using this camera for years and the app is only getting worse. It takes 2 minutes to actually get logged into the cameras because it loads and crashes. So if you’re looking for a security camera that you can actually get into in a timely manner during an emergency pick something else! The feature to playback your videos also isn’t very good. Most camera set ups let you go back 10-30 seconds at a shot and this one doesn’t have that option at all. Video and audio are pretty good but if I had to buy again I’d choose a different camera system just for the ease of use aspect.

Great service and cameras
I have had 2 of these cameras for over 5 years and they take amazing videos. I also have ring cameras. These guys are way better. The cloud service and app is good value and easy to use. I would recommend them.

I have had three of these cameras on this system for eight years never had a problem and it’s nice to have the security of being able to watch the dogs and my home anytime or anywhere I want
Too long
Takes forever to load and often times out. I need to see who is at the door in a split second. By the time it opens they’re gone. I need something different.

이 카메라는 대단합니다. 돌려놓으면 돌아가고, 돌려놓으면 자기 마음대로 돌아가는 마법의 카메라입니다.그것이 알고 싶다에 나오는 그 문제의 카메라인 것 마냥.너무나 수상해서 다시 돌아오기 기능을 해봤는데,( 시간을 지정하면 그 시간의 그 각도로 돌아가는 거)그래도 소용없습니다. 이 짓을 3년째 하고 있고, 요금은 요금대로 나가고 있는데 환불은 안 해주고, 환불할 수 있는 경로는 모르겠고, 돈만 받아 열심히 야금야금 드시고 이메일은 엄청 쏘아 보내고 있는데, 읽고 회신은 안 하시니 이거 정말 무섭네요.조만간 경찰에 연락할까 생각 중입니다. 매스컴에 띄워 볼 생각이고요.*혹시 카메라가 자기 마음대로 돌아가신다 생각하시는 분들은 무조건 끄세요.“

One of, if not the only, solution that allows me to live view without jumping through hoops
Simple and does the job
I’ve been using this program for several years now to monitor the inside of our home while traveling. It works well, provides new notifications when it senses movement and provides the amount of storage I desire for a very affordable, inexpensive cost.
Ads making it worst
From last 2-3 month ads are included in the app that is making this app not useful at all.

Ich habe die App seit mehreren Jahren und bin sehr zufrieden. Mir gefällt, dass die Kamera permanent auf SD Karte aufzeichnet und die Bewegungen farblich markiert.
