Update Ruined App
App now takes way too long to load and now makes you watch a Chinese or Japanese ad.

すぐにサーバから切断されて再ログインを求められるのは不便。なかなか接続できず、繋がってもレスポンスが悪すぎる。
サーバのスペックもショボいのか映像が遅延したり途切れ途切れなことも多い。
起動時の広告まで増えて、広告からメイン画面に戻って来れないこともあるし、どうして改悪なことばかりするのか神経を疑う。

When I open the app take so long to connect and watch the videos
Good features
I’ve been using these cameras and app for years. I’ve tried a couple of others cameras and apps and always come back to this.
Pros: good quality footage. Auto detect option with can be turned off, makes it really easy to find recorded movement without having to blindly go through every minute. Share with another person functionality. No adverts! Pretty stable.
Cons: the only thing I can think of is they can be a pain to connect to the WiFi when you first get them. But once connected I’ve found them really reliable.

Intentional obsolescence?
Why are older cameras no longer able to be reinstalled using a new Wi-Fi connection (no, it’s not a 5G issue… I am using 2.4)? In the start up steps, when the new Wi-Fi address is requested, the application loops back to the step before, not withstanding. I have tried on multiple devices with the newer versions of the app, with no success. Whereas I have noticed, I may still re-launch these cameras using an older version of the app, which I, fortunately, still have on an older device. ***WHAT’S THE PROBLEM?****
Is this a coding failure in newer versions of the app, or, are you, INTENTIONALLY, forcing our older cameras into obsolescence?

App Mainly Working, Just Needs Enhancements
Two improvements required.
1. Fix auto light level. Image cycles from darker to lighter repeatedly at particular light levels.
2. Add capability to review recordings at x2, x4 & x8
3. New version has introduced problems with lighting - now if you switch to visible light at night, you can’t return to IR viewing, even with a restart.

Bombarded with ads
I would avoid using them if immediate security is important
Even if you pay for Puwell cloud service one cannot immediately check cameras especially if you receive an alert alarm. You are FORCED to view their many ads. This delay is unnecessary unreasonable and unacceptable

Since updating to iOS 26 motion detection no longer sends notifications

Quiten tanto anuncio que hay! Debo de esperar ciertos segundos para ver mi cámara, es algo que es urgente de ver y es muy molesto estar viendo anuncios.

No es posible que tenga anuncios, una emergencia y no puedes acceder rápido tienes que ver un negocio, y si intentas ver lo que grabo buena suerte haciendo eso

Da coraje estar esperando.
Por ejemplo si tengo una emergencia por ver las cámaras, hay que esperar por ver tus pinch*** anuncios.

SALEN ANUNCIOS
Todo está muy bien al principio por que podías entrar rápido a la aplicación y ver que esta pasando afuera de tu casa, ahora tienes que iniciar sesión y esperar a que pasen los anuncios, es algo tan molesto por que quiero ver quien está llamando a la puerta
Harta de su publicidad mediocre
Pésima actualización, no puedo creer que pongan publicidad al abrir la app para ver las cámaras y que hasta que no terminen de reproducirse no se puede entrar a ver la grabación en vivo, si quiero entrar rápido en vivo no se puede porque tienes que esperar a que la mugre publicidad de Temu o juegos deje de reproducirse, la quieres cerrar y te manda a sus mendigos links, la detesto!

Demasiados anuncios cada vez peor

Tengo más de 2 años con ella y todo bien asta ase unos meses
Salen anuncios al entrar ala aplicación y tardan en quitarse , intentas quitarlos en la típica “x” que sale en la esquina y te manda directamente a que descargues la aplicación que te sale en el anuncio es frustrante ,
Imagina que te llegue una notificación de alerta y te metes ala aplicación a checar las cámaras y que te salgan 2 o 3 anuncios 😬

No las recomiendo!!
Me dejó de gustar la aplicación desde que le añadieron anuncios comerciales , en mis tiempos libres pongo cámaras a personas ajenas y dejé de recomendar estas cámaras desde que añadieron sus anuncios , se supone que te metes rápido para ver que sucede y salen con su mmda 😂
