Horrible App
One of the worst Apps I’ve used in a long time. Every single time you try to get on this thing there’s a problem. The fact that you can’t even get into your account to see anything without this app is ridiculous. Very basic and always glitchy. Half the time, you can’t even get on it or have to call the bank because there’s an error.

Where is the search feature? Why cant I see data from before your systems update?

Where is the search feature? That was taken away with your upgrade.
Also, there is too much description of the transaction type so the actual Merchant name gets truncated. Recommend you flip the order and show merchant 1st of make another field.

Awful app
Always having “technical issues” and making me call a 1800 number, depositing checks also always having issues and have to do it multiple times over and over
App is poor
The account details page is difficult to understand with the expanded transaction descriptions and you took away search which is necessary capability.
Love the bank, hate the app
So buggy and unreliable. Can’t even use it half the time.

Sadly, the ATM never works. Every time they do an update it takes weeks to get the mobile app to work. Most of the staff is poorly informed on their job as well as the bank. Usually there’s only one person in the building who knows what’s going on and they are obviously very busy.

This App is Crap
I have never spent more time on a banking app waiting for something to load.
Thanks for providing access too more stuff and at the same time less. I really feel that I can get so much done through this app now (sarcasm)

Decent
Interface is very basic, making a additional payment on a loan is kinda confusing as it only shows that your making a payment to my already auto bill payment. Wish I could buy CDs (certificate of deposit) right from the app as well. Overall works well has what you really need but not much more.
Poor
Bank has poor service, app is even worse. Only still use because i have a mortgage though them
Login problems
I love this bank and have had no issues with them in person, but this app has a constant issue of locking you out of the account with no way to get back in due to an error which doesn’t recognize the correct password, one star might be harsh but when you have your finances and overdraft fees at stake I can’t let that fly
