Again!!!!
So tired of bill pay defaulting to an account I have with a small balance when I add a payee, which isn’t all that often. I NEVER want to pay bills from that account. I should be able to choose my own default. So here I am with another $30 fee. Seems like this would be an easy fix if you cared.

I never thought I would rave about a bank, but Windsor Federal is worth raving over. They listen to their customers; they go above and beyond with customer service. I would recommend them to anyone big or small.

Issue after issue with the app, even on the newest updates.
After 4 years of unable to log into Zelle through that feature on the app, the bank fixed it in person for me today. But now the app shuts itself down every single time I try to use Zelle. This is ridiculous.

Why send me this letter? I assume you don’t want me to keep my saving account with you so I have transferred it to checking . I will look for better options because you have never giving any options where I could earned better interest and I did ask.
