Just loads and loads and loads. Doesn’t ever do anything. For the last 5 years. It’s so bad.

This app does not work half the time. I have reported it in the support section of the app and there is still no resolution.

No better video management
Sure, like most apps, I experience bugs every once and a while but nothing compared to the other surveillance mobile apps I’ve experienced in the past. If I submit a bug, the dev team responds in a timely fashion.

So bad
Wow this app is so terrible. Never loads. Always so slow when it does. Terrible picture. Just awful all the way around. Do not get these cameras because you won’t be able to look at your business when you are away. Worst cameras I’ve ever purchased.
