I’ve deleted and reinstalled… deleted cookies… updated refreshed… on wifi off wifi… still cannot proceed to courses

There are some cool concepts but a lot of the functions don’t work at all. I will happily name them if someone wants. General functionality needs attention.
Exceptionally horrible UX
Don’t know where to start. Let me summarize it this way- I have had to do the first 15 minutes of this course 6 times. Please do some user testing before making a captive audience sit through this horrible app. Not sure who would have given this app a good rating.

Application très utile, mis en place par mon entreprise qui peut-être utiliser à tout moment. Or, depuis samedi soir, impossible de me connecter sur mon téléphone et mon ordinateur, mon mdp et mon nom d’utilisateur sont corrects, cela me mentionne : « connexion impossible » alors qu’en arrivant au travail cela fonctionne sur le PC. Que dois-je faire ?

Hab mir gerade die App geladen u. bin schon genervt weil die e-learnings nicht funktionieren. Bei 50% Lerninhalt stürzt die App ab u. Man muss das Modul erneut starten. So macht das keinen Spaß
