Just let the bugs take over
This is a slow, useless app that has not been road tested for usability before being rolled out. Communications is hard as it’s difficult to see the latest notices. Cannot upload multiple photos effectively or efficiently and they’re not uploaded in order they are intended. Each time I open the app it always requires updates. Why is they no place for my child’s FFA number to be stored here?

Annoyingly slow
Too slow! Every time I open the app just to check a message it seems to reload the whole data from a database on another galaxy.

Rubbish app will not download. Just keeps showing blank white screen. I’ve update phone, storage and reinstalled app 20 times. I wish nRL never went this rout. I still need the app too that’s the worse bit

What a junk app. If your part of several groups that are linked to say the football club then you get several notifications that are all the same. Also having to manually click to to each group otherwise you miss out on posts. Absolute piece of junk.
App not working
Keeps saying out up date even tho phone is updated
Pull the plug on this failed experiment
Our club migrated to 360 and it’s a disaster. When it loads (always an unknown) the User Experience is terrible. Events aren’t in chronological order. Parent/chid permissions are all weird. Any club considering adopting this app should run far away.
Calendar subscription bug?!
I think you guys have a bug when subscribing to the calendar. It shows no events before I add the calendar subscription into my Calendar app. You need to fix this. Too bad I can’t attach images to show you.

Why so many updates?
I’ve never in my entire life had to update an app as much as this. Truly remarkable.
Too many updates to rate higher than a 3
The app seems pretty good, but it seems like every other time I go into it I’m prompted to update the app, which redirects me to the App Store and ultimately requires a restart of the app to implement. From an end user perspective it feels clunky and disruptive. I would suggest that either you devise a more transparent updating methodology or bundle your updates into more involved but less frequent updates.

Basic app
A very basic app that does the basic tasks needed for a sports club. Limited usability as you can't even add pics or attachments in group chats.
Game changer
The platform has changed the way we opporate as a club. Centralised everything from payments to communications
Message will not send
Spend time to write an update to the team but the message will not send. Have to copy close the app then open the app go back to the same chat and paste for it to send. Way too clunky much better apps out there

Things like the ability to tag someone with an @, the ability to get text messages when new notifications are posted. The ability to edit something after it’s posted. Posting photos is wonky. I select multiple but inevitably only one or some dot when post. We switched to this app because our club required it and I miss group me.
