Rubbish! A few pics of fireworks and the bright one is actually really dim while the fountain one is bright. What people don't understand is that the iPhone without the torch settings is still as bright.

Just a bunch of pictures. Single page, not even a slide show... The "flashlight " part is at least as advertised: it dims/brightens with a swipe... And you can custom tune the color with RGB sliders... Should be a Flashlight app...
Unless you have a thing for fireworks...
Even 1 star is generous. Quite underwhelming with the choice of a few firework stills and a blank screen. Downloaded and deleted within 1 minute.
