I just purchased this app and feel that it was/is such a blessing, even if I never use it again. I was able to record the last voice message from my beloved sister (deceased) and store it safely in the cloud. I have been hanging on to a 10-year-old Motorola Razr for fear of losing this particular message. The voice

Turns off mirroring!
This app works well and looks great. I bought it because it said it ran in the background. I do PowerPoint presentations on my iPad and push them to my projector with Mirroring. I wanted to be able to record the audio as I gave the presentation but this app turns OFF mirroring as soon as you start to record.
So I wasted my money. Will not work for me and I will never use it for anything else. I wish developers would give more details on their apps!!!!!Show lessFlatlanderou812
Voice memos for I pad
Failed to start recording! Can't use the app at all ......sorry it's now working . Change that to a 5 starcurly100
You can multitask
When you are recording, you should see a red stripe going across the top of he screen. Go into your new application. When you are done, do not close it. Rather, tap on that stripe across the top. Tis will take you back to the recorder...

Great app for audio recording
I bought this app to record church sermons, works great with built in mic, or bringing the rec output from the mixer to the iPad, both methods work great, able to record 2 hrs, no issues. Highly recommend!!!J-Dub3921

I really like the app, but i hope down the road it can record Skype conversations. It would be nice if it could multitask.Edbok

Simply a great app!
As a singer/guitarist, this app is great for making home demo recordings. Simply hit record & stop. You can then trim your recording to take out those rough edges at the start & end of your tune. I also like the fact that you can email your recording to friends, family etc...

Recorder app
My mom an I purchased iPad2 at the same time, we both purchased this recorder app to record "talks" at (at the kingdom hall) at the same time. Mine works great so far-the longest I recorded was 68min w/no problem. My mother recorded hers for 73min and the recorder would not play back. It just read "ERROR" so, I don't quite understand the difference why my app works pretty good and my mother is having difficulty with hers.Show lessdownbeat50
