No lie, this morning I did a Google search with the question “whatever happened to the digits app?” And that’s how I found out that “Digits...” is back, and I couldn’t be happier. Amazingly effective and clean design
This has solved so many problems for me.
How many times have you used a calculator that had no tape or history, only to find yourself going to a spreadsheet for organization and analysis? That was me, but no longer!
Now I can build calculations, reorder, save, share, export, and review multiple scenarios all within one app! Holy cow, this thing is amazing.
Budgets for the house and work, project budgets, financial scenario comparisons, travel cost calculations, savings forecasts, etc. The usefulness for many every day tasks seems unlimited.Show lesspsyop15

Fantastic calculator, but please add smaller keypad
This was just what I needed after buying my first iPad Pro and discovering there was no native calculator app. That’s ridiculous by the way, but good for this app I suppose. My suggestion is that you create a setting for the keypad to shrink down to normal calculator size when in portrait mode. It’s absurdly large in that orientation, even for my big hands. The smaller keypad setting in landscape mode is just about perfect. Thank you.Show lessCDOnd
This app was great but dumped its main feature
The best thing about this app was its ability to calculate flags. It lost that functionality and it hasn’t come back. Supplying features that everyone has while deleting the one feature that really makes your app shine is well, a bad business decision. I am deleting the app and never coming back, even if they restore the feature. They knew about this for over a year and have done nothing to fix it.Show lessBadapp12323

Thanks for your review!Lost the feature I had originally paid for
I have the original version of this app before the complete rewrite. The main reason that I bought the original version was the ability to export the tape. Now I am being asked to pay to get that feature back, and that just seems wrong. I wish I had not updated the original app.
To reply to the developer comments - I have an old version still on one device, and I can DEFINITELY export the tape via email.
UPDATED - I paid for the upgrade to export as pdf. It does not work. Still have to go back to my old device with the previous version to export my tapes. Frustrating.Show lessseamd

Hello again. PDF export is available without any upgrade. If you want document sharing then this is a paid upgrade. If something isn’t working, we can help: please contact us at our support page. Hi. Sorry for the confusion. The original Digits never had native Tape Document exporting. You could access the tape in iTunes but there was no sharing. We’ve made sharing possible and much easier over Messages, Mail, Dropbox and other services. So we though it would be fair to ask for a small payment in return for these additional features.What happened?
I love your app but c@n only give you 3 stars! Your calculator is easy to use except for the reason you don’t get 5 stars. Why did you make it so hard to clear the tape?? Before you had a dedicated key to clear the tape, but now it’s a five minute job. I have to clear the tape multiple times before it actually happens. Why? I use my old old iPad so I can use the old version of your app please fix it!Show lessghiapaul
