Was good , rubbish now
I used this app on my iPad , was very pleased for a few years, suddenly this July 2024 it changed, my purchased upgrades ceased to work, Ive deleted the app and re-downloaded, didn’t work, I’ve contacted the help centre 5 times and had no reply nor acknowledgment, so that doesn’t exist either. Very very fed up.Show lessfilbert manning

If you type in swear words, it will come up and it will stay in your history.

Unable to access purchased upgrades
I purchased all the upgrades some time ago and now I cannot access them. Disappointed!Noelle004

If you've purchased an upgrade but are not seeing it in your experience, we'd recommend you try restoring your upgrade. Visit your App's "Upgrades" tab. If you purchased the upgrade but they are not installed, please tap on "Restore Purchase" to reinstall the upgrades. More: https://dictionary.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/226230287. And be sure you are using the *same* app you made the purchase through. We do have two sets of apps- for iOS and older iPad-only apps; purchases don't function between or across these.
